These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "Player") and philsot ("philsot," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at philsot.club ("Platform"). Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. philsot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. You must notify philsot immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Deposits. philsot accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank transfers, subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits funded through payment methods not registered in the Member's own name will be declined and returned.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. philsot targets the following processing timelines: GCash and Maya — within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers — within 1 to 2 business days, subject to individual bank processing schedules. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside philsot's control including banking system outages or regulatory review requirements.
Anti-Money Laundering. philsot complies with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. Any suspected AML activity — including but not limited to structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, using third-party payment sources, or withdrawal of funds without genuine gaming activity — will result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds pending investigation, and mandatory reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines where required by law.
Taxes. Members are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their winnings under Philippine law, including without limitation any applicable personal income tax obligations. philsot does not provide tax advice.
philsot may offer bonuses, free credit, free spins, or other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet restrictions, and validity periods that will be disclosed in the applicable promotion's Terms, which are incorporated herein by reference.
All games available on the Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained professionals in supervised studio environments. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHILSOT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF PHILSOT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall philsot's total aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of account termination for cause, philsot reserves the right to void any bonus balances and withhold pending withdrawals pending the outcome of any investigation. Verified real-money balances resulting from legitimate gaming activity will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following completion of the investigation, subject to any legal holds or regulatory requirements.
philsot may amend these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a specific effective date is stated. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the amended Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the Member agrees to first submit the dispute to philsot's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at the email address provided in Section 14. philsot will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a complete written submission.
